Roaming around town...Little Red Calla Lily

February is a significant time for African-Americans and a time for recognizing a central role of Africans in US history. By this time, the entire nation has come to celebrate and remember the important contributions and achievements of African-American throughout the history. The brightest highlight of this year celebration perhaps is the premier of Black Panther-the movie, with a full cast of African-American roles. The celebration of style, which was spent months and months of preparation of searching for centuries of styles to create futuristic costumes from African-American styling teams and especially, Ruth E.Carter's magic wand.

Where could be best to witness the celebration amongst the people themselves? The theatre.

There were colorful braids, beautiful geometry designs, shapes, shinning shoes, etc but this girl stood out most with her down-to-Earth style and vibe.

Her hair was tied back in a beautiful nature curl. She wore a Balenciaga printed skyline T-shirt, which was from their S/S 2013 collection; mixed with a loose F21 cardigan in black. The highlight part of the outfit was that the T-shirt was tucked in a red Asos Calla Lily wide leg trousers and faux leather ankle boot. A nice and simple but well thought outfit.

When asked the reason behind putting this look together, she didn't really think much of it. She was out dancing with a group of friends, and they all wore the same pants, only the tops were different. Though, she said, "Calla lily represents faith and a deep love so we wanted to show our love to the Black History. The red color is for being strong, superhero indeed, and since we are going to support Black Panther, why not wear red. We decided to go with this pants. We *laugh* were all like, let's do it and bought them on Asos at the same time".
